We just got back from Bend yesterday evening. We went over and stayed my my good friend Megan (who just foudn out she is pregnant..yeh!) and her husband Tyler. We have gone every year since we all got married and we always have a fun time. This year was a little more stressful with Landon- working around nap schedules and what not, but we still had a great time!
Over the last month we are really starting to see Landon's little personality and he is a riot! His latest thing is to grunt and flex his arms...anticipating you to copy him...than repeating after you too make the grunting noise. You can see in the twinkly of his eye that he is just loving it! He is getting more busy and it is taking more to entertain him but he is learning to much. He loves reading books...there are a few that he really loves. You can sit him for awhile and let him play with his toys but after awhile he will fuss until you come play with him:) He is a very social little guy. He will smile at anyone (even the creepy old men at Winco that come way too close to us and starts acting as though he is about the pick up my baby.) And, my hard work a few months back toward getting him on a napping schedule has paid off. He thrives off of schedule and getting his daily sleep. The night sleep....not so triving. But I have to say, we have such an amazingly easy going loving baby...the lack of sleep at night seems a small price to pay for all the blessings he brings! Here are a few pics from our weekend.
